LUMISIL ® 4 * * UV series products are two component UV cured products, which have high transmittance, low yellowing value, and low shrinkage after curing as transparent silicone rubber. The viscosity range of the product is wide, which can meet the needs of different processes, as well as excellent substrate adhesion and stress absorption performance. Based on the UV resistance and high and low temperature resistance of organic silicon, the product is weather resistant and resistant to yellowing, with very high reliability. Compared to most high-temperature thermosetting Mini LED packaging materials available on the market, LUMISIL ® 4 * * UV only requires a certain amount of ultraviolet light to cure, thus solving problems such as high energy consumption and easy pollution. The current Mini LED packaging series products can meet the requirements of slit coating and point lens processes.

In addition, compared to traditional thermosetting packaging materials, LUMISIL ® 4 * * UV is easier to rework. Especially for the point lens process, it is only necessary to replace the problematic LED and reseal it with LUMISIL packaging material, which has no impact on the cured product.
